PT,CPAP,DS Friends,School,Homework,Aftercare,Tired

Hi AllSorry about the short journal last time. I wrote a bunch hit a wrong button and lost it all. My head was killing me and I didn't feel like wrtting again so if you  have any questions ask them. I made it thoroug PT last night. It went well. Doug is moving up to bigger responsibilities and I got another therapist I rather have doug but I understand . I still call it doug torture lol.I do wish they move everything up though I'm doing basically the same exercise and the same number. Tuesday I'm asking about it. No matter asthma or not. I want to move up. I want that horse. I want to ride it and do it. I went to bed by 1230am  and forgot my cpap and woke up at 730am and was up by 8am but my eyes are dropey now so I might got back to bed. Joey is still coughing some. He's taking allergy medicine which helps. The drainage in the back of his throat don't help. Ralph is in pain this morning. I'm resting today and cleaning office today nap or not. So thats about it. I told Ralph I felt a failure to let him have the bills so now we work together to do them and maybe not be in th hole. He understood. Aftercare group suggested it and I told him. We as recoving addicts don't like to be failures. Joey wants to go to family aftercare with mom next week and I said Thank you Lord. I was very happy after all this time. He sees mom going and he wants to see whats its all about. All the therapist is use to seeing mom going and they think she wont be ther tuesday but she is coming back early from her trip from hernadous missonary trip and will be going  so this will be cool.Well going off here. Will write more later. Have a pain free day. Love ya all Robin
