PT and Dallas

Hello Community,
Several weeks ago my neurologist recommended that I enlist in a physical therapy program so as to prevent "frozen shoulder" (sounds like a goth dessert).   I joined NovaCare and attend PT sessions twice a week.  Each session lasts for one hour.  I have a series of NovaCare exercises that I perform daily at home.  It takes about an hour to do these exercises.  My shoulders still ache a bit.  I have more arm  movement than before I started the exercises.
Tomorrow we drive to Dallas.  It seems that the last several trips we have made to Dallas...Chicago warms up and there are storms in Dallas.
The Blackhawks are driving me crazy with all their overtime games and giving up stupid winning goals.  At least Torres got a 25 game suspension for his hit on Hossa.  Watching the Perfect game by Humber was lots of fun.  Mickie and I were jumping up and down during the last three innings.  We celebrated with a bottle of Champagne.
Take care,
Joe

Ditto on the Blackhawks, though only one of their games has been on a station here for me to watch. For some reason St. Louis and Boston keeps being shown here though only 170 miles from Chicago. Have a safe trip to Dallas, and keep up on that excercising. Take care, Dan

Hi Paula,

Hopefully, the Hawks will win it all next year. If the LA Kings can get into the finals...surely the Hawks should make it...the PT is going well...I do feel better.

Thanks and take care,
Joe
