Olga Tzouramani is a Psychologist-Criminologist, holding an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MSc in Criminology, and is a Ph.D in the school of Criminology at the University of Nicosia . She has teaching experience at the University of Nicosia, on the subject “Sexual and Violent Crimes” as part of the curriculum for the MSc program in Criminology. She has also practical experience with substance abusing individuals at a rehabilitation center as well as with patients who had experienced different types of traumas, such as sexual abuse.
Chrysopigi is an economist and marketing consultant. She has gained her Bachelor degree in Economics and her MBA degree from the University of Macedonia She practices, teach & speak about marketing, digital marketing & business. She is also a multilingual marketing manager, experienced in B2C & B2B marketing.
The Center has two privately owned buses which are specially designed for people with mobility disabilities who use wheelchairs. “The most important gain from my studies at MBS was that taught me how to work under pressure, with deadlines and become a member of a team. It is the first and the oldest Department of Psychology in Greece. The Department offers a multilevel Undergraduate Program of Studies covering a wide range of subject-topics in fundamental areas of psychology science; providing students with the necessary resources in terms of theory, research and practical training. Seminars and lab courses (e.g. on Counselling Skills training, Criminology, Victimization, Criminal – Forensic Psychology) are also incorporated.
Demetrios Kongas holds a BA and an MA in Sociology from the University of Essex. His research interests are around the area of organizational theory, ideology, labour relations, industrial conflict, culture and leadership. He has written a book on organizational theory and personnel management and is currently writing ψυχολόγοι ηράκλειο a book on sociology. He is also teaching Quality, Leadership and Management in the MA Education Leadership and Management programme. Alexandros Kanonis holds a BSc in Operations Management and an MBA from Lancaster University in conjunction with an MSc in Supply Engineering & Logistics from the University of Warwick.
This equipment, as well as all of the computers in the Computer Lab, were generously donated by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation in 2012. A wired LAN runs across all classrooms, labs and offices, providing Internet access via the Municipality's Optical Fiber, while roof video projectors are installed in all classrooms and labs. We took special care to avoid overfitting, which often results when model training and testing takes place on partially overlapping subsets of cases. To address this rather common problem in machine learning applications in clinical research we adopted a cross-validation scheme with holdout data for final evaluation. In this manner, model testing was always performed on cases that were not considered during the training phase and, consequently, did not influence the feature selection process.
Dr. Marianna Efstathiou is a Mechanical Engineer and she received her Ph.D. from the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a Co-founder of a start-up company that deals with 3d design, reverse engineering and 3d printing services. She has a number of publications in the fields of 3d design and the usage of innovative techniques for the investigation of ancient artifacts.

She has worked for various UK Higher Education Institutions for the last twenty years including Warwick and Open University. Dr Stylianoudaki has taught campus based and distance learning programmes with students based in the UK and across the globe. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and certified Project Manager in Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies. She is/was involved with various UK, European and International projects and collaborations and she is a reviewer of various international conferences as well as a reviewer of a scientific journal. Her research interests include digital games, eLearning combined with educational technologies and tools as well as academic staff development.
In 2016 she completed her studies at the MSc program "Health and Safety in the Workplace" which is organized by the Medical Department of the Democritus University of Thrace in collaboration with the Departments of Public Health and Nursing of T.E.I of Athens. Since 2010, she has attended several conferences and since 2016 she has been working as a freelancer and she is the lead scientist of the company Hygioacts. George Gkalaitsis graduated from the department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki .
