Psychic
I went to see a very expensive psychic yesterday. She came highly recommended and is well known in these parts.
It was interesting. She was bang on in a lot of areas. A couple of things shocked me. She said my mother helped Lisa cross over. A guy I saw shortly after said that my mom helped her. He didn't say my mom but said it was the quiet tall lady.
She also mentioned that Lisa had stomach problems, that something burst, that she died suddenly and that she was trying to be healthy. She couldn't tell me why she chose that way to leave this earth.
She reassured me that Lisa was with us a lot and with her daughter. She had a hard time trying to decide if Cevyn was a girl or a boy. When I said she was a girl with a boy's name, she said "Ah that's it".
The one thing she said was the she wanted us to go to Cevyn' graduation next year and that we would be dancing at her wedding but that wasn't going to be any time soon. She wanted us to maintain our communication with her.
She said that Lisa was playing cards with an older person. I couldn't figure out who that could be until I was almost home. Her neighbour died a few months after Lisa. He adored her and they did play cards. She liked him and often said "Blythe taught me how to be a farmer".
She mentioned that Lisa's ashes were not all in one place. She was correct - most are buried in the little country cemetery near her home. I have a wee urn and so does Andrew. She said that there were roses around her urn at my house. Lisa did love roses. I think Beth planted roses on her grave. There are angels and dragonflies around mine.
That is just some of what she told me. It was reassuring at the time. I like to think that Lisa was there along with other family members. I felt at peace but... I guess it is better to accept and not analyze. But it doesn't mend the hole in my heart.
Lisa: Kim said that you left because you had learned what you needed to learn. I guess I am a slow learner. I miss you always and love you forever. Mummy

love ya!
Wow, I\'m so glad you feel comforted.
Gentle ((hugs))
This is a wonderful session you had with the medium. I wish I had the opportunity to see a good medium. I do believe our children are with us but we just can\'t see them.
I also believe that when we learn what we need to from our karma on this Earth is done we leave because no matter how good this Earth is, it is not as good as the afterlife. I\'m a slow learner also.
Tight hugs,
Terry
I\'m happy you found a little bit of peace and comfort. Much love. Robin
We are taught to leave this sort of thing alone. The Old Testament. But it does seem to have been a good idea for you, so I\'m glad for you. We should all be able to dance at grandkid\'s weddings, if we can only hang on, slow learners, all. Love ya, Abby
In the states we have a medium from Long Island (where I live) and she now has a television show on TLC. I went to her twice before she became famous and she is fantastic. Told me how Melissa was dressed and the issue of Melissa\'s hair at the wake. No one could have told her those. She comes to the house or you go to her house and she only knows your first name and phone number. She doesn\'t even know anyone\'s name that are in the group. My niece had her at her house for a group reading. I felt a weight off my heart and shoulders after I left my niece\'s house. Melissa came through for 45 minutes of the 2 hr. session....Love, Connie
So happy you received comfort. The Long Island Medium, Theresa, had a reading of one of Jennifer\'s friends. The friend called me to let me know that Jennifer was in touch. She is going to share the tape with me and the messages will be in Theresa\'s book in October. I have not been read myself but would love to talk to Theresa. I keep trying to find her in town as she is not far from me.
So want the girls at my side. Love to youXOXOXO
I don\'t think the hole in our hearts ever mend. Glad you got some answers from the psychic and it eased your mind. I\'m sure you feel Lisa around you and the love she shares. XOXO Debbie
This is so neat! Hugs, angela
What you said about learning all she needed to know. I read the book Echos of the soul by Echo Bodine, she said something like that in her book. After readng her book I felt more at peace with things. Try to find that book especially after your reading it my make more sence. I had to stop and digest things very interesting....
Hugs Penny
I have been to several mediums and always find it comforting. Helps a bit. I went to see the Long Island Medium in Tampa but did not get a reading from her. She cracks me up though.
I would love to visit Theresa, The Long Island Medium. I missed her by a hair in Seattle. A fellow I taught with in Europe works at the theater where she was appearing. We met him after the show. He said she was awesome and seemed to give those she read some peace.
I too had read about the fact that we are here to learn and when that is done we leave. We also plot our own future and how we are to exit. Kim said she was not sure why Lisa chose that way to go.
I have always been fascinated by near death experiences e.g. those who were in the operating room and hovered above watching doctors work on them and going towards the light.
I must find the book Echos.
Thanks all for the comments!
