Psych Visit
I got to see my psych today and she is lowering my Haldol and adding Geodon. I'm going to see how it goes. It was a choice between Seroquel and Geodon, and I know Geodon can help with weight loss. I will see how it goes. I was so frustrated with my health insurance transportation. I was waiting 2 hours for a ride home. It's free, but it's not worth the stress. Pickup is fine, but I think I will take the bus home when I can. I could have gotten home on the bus before my transportation came to pick me up at the office. To make it worse, I had a horrible stomachache. I drank too much coffee. I drank half a pot of coffee and then had what's called a Cafe Con Leche, which is Cuban espresso with milk and sugar. I was so tired! I had to wake up at 7:30 am to get ready for my ride. I see my therapist tomorrow and I am going to volunteer before. I tried Geo's favorite drink- hot coco with Gouda cheese at the bottom. It wasn't bad.. I used to make fun of it, but it's not too bad. Anyway, I have to pack my laptop for the morning, so I'm going to do that and go to bed.

i LOVE cafe con leche. i used to drink that every morning when i lived in spain. sooooo good. it doesn\'t taste the same here though, just like spanish oranges are the absolute best, but taste totally different than here. their oranges are orangier. lol. like super orange or something.

Good idea with taking the bus home. Waiting two hours for a ride is a pain if you can do something else to get home sooner. I wouldn\'t think to put gouda and hot cocoa together. .Interesting.
