pseudotumor cerebri

anyone else having trouble keeping your attendance in good standing at work?  I am out of all my time. The stress levels are way too stressful.  Also i have a lot of vertigo any suggestions?  I have only had 1 spinal tap since first treated for this since September 2014 when do you know it is time for another one, when I comb my hair the sound sounds different to me than before almost like my head is hollow, is this a sign of a needed spinal  tap?  I need help
