Prospectives
Since coming back to DS, it really puts things in prospective. You think you are the only one who deals with crap and that no one could possibly have it worst, then when you look at some of the posts and get to know others here, it can really put your own depression in prospective and make you realize that there are others who have it worst than you.
I have a roof over my head, have (barely enough) money for food, I have people around me who love me, I have a good doctor who genuinely wants to help me, I have good medications.
There are people here who would give anything to have it as good as I do.

it\'s always great to be thankful for what you DO HAVE instead of cursing about what you don\'t. I know how blessed I am and this helps me to count those blessings even more. I suffer with panic disorder and anxiety and depression, but I have so much to me thankful for. I am. I\'m so proud of you for how far you have come. Big hugs xoxo

Hey man, you are thinking on the same lines as me - life really is a matter of perspective. I said something almost exactly the same a couple of days back - there really is so much to be grateful for. I am in the same boat as you - money is tight, but at least I have a roof over my head and food in my belly. Great post buddy.
