Progressing

Things are coming along very well so far and I hope it will continue. Yes I still have my ambush moments but I deal with them as they arrive, they visit but I'm determine to make sure it's a short stay. I enjoy volunteering to help others and being envolved in a support group where I can listen, learn and share.
I hope things are going much better for all of you, family and friends.
