Progress on how life changes are affecting me

October 2015 update:

Since cutting out refined foods out of my diet, stopping smoking, quitting alcohol (a few glasses every month or so), I have noticed a few differences in myself and general well-being.

What I've realized is a definite change in mood; my patience threshold has gone up, become happier in general, and also more confident. I think that the confidence is down to being able to depend on myself, when we stick to our own promises, it allows your confidence to be based on something. After all, confidence without anything to base it on it merely a delusion.

The cravings do come back sometimes, but as time goes on, they become less and less. I do recommend giving it a try, you have nothing to lose (apart from bad habits, and maybe some fat!)
One of the biggest transitions I have faced is my increase in strength since stopping the alcohol. Getting gains every week is possible, I used to drop back down at the end of each weekend, staying on my stagnant weights I could lift at the beginning of the week, working my way up and dropping back down.
I now realize how much increase you can get when you actually stick to a regime, and feel good while doing so too.

Give it a try and let me know what you think, thank you for reading if you made it this far.
 Much love
