Primary Care Appointment

Went to my primary care physician this morning.  Took 3 xrays of my neck to try to determine the problem and sure enough we found it. C4, C5 vertabrae are really messed up.  Lets see if I can explain this right.  Your vertabrae have these things called calciphites that help keep the vertabrae seperated and your disc's floating.  Mine are broken off and floating near my spine.  He thinks it is from an old injury (car crash at age 16)  but we cant narrow it down.  Wants to try to get the swelling down around my spine and treat the pain.  Flexiril for the muscle and Lortab 7.5 for pain.  Hopefully when I return in amonth it will be better. If not its time for an MRI to see if we can see a nerve being pinched. Then a steroid shot in my neck.  Hopefully it will all work out.  I'm not worried about it.  It's christmas!
