Prayer Request for My Nephew
Hi ladies! I am seeking prayers for my sweet 8-month old nephew, Colton. He was born with a heart defect and is having open heart surgery to repair it. (His first surgery was within hours after he was born.) This child has been through so much in his short life, but by looking at him you would never know anything is wrong. I am going to New Orleans to be with my brother and his wife. The surgery will take place on Friday, March 27. I will try to update you while I'm gone, or when I return (depending on Internet availability). Hope everyone has a great week! Alli

Thanks everyone! The little guy had a rough day today, but is doing well considering. They brought him out of sedation for the first time since Friday. He was not happy about the breathing tube. On Tuesday, they plan to wean him from the ventilator and remove the tube, hopefully by mid-day. He\'s such a fighter! I appreciate your prayers and support. Love you all!
I hope he is still doing well and improving a little more each day. I will keep him in my prayers.
