Prayer??? Be CAREFUL!

All right, my darling peeps!  Another story of hystericalness from my life.  Yes, I do live through these things.  Yes, they are all true.  And at this point, I am wondering about writing a book to chronicle them and title it "WILD GARLIC AND MUDDY DOGS".  If you've read the past 2 entries you understand why that would be the title. ANYHOOOOOOOO, yes, again, my beloved DW, enters this saga.  He's done all these things is 2 wks or less!  CAN YOU BELIEVE HE IS STILL ALIVE?????? LOL Our church began this Sunday, an early prayer service/worship time.  It's at 7:30 AM and it was so wonderful!  You could just feel the very presence of God in His holiness settling in.  First prayer type was person requests, followed by requests for others who were sick, etc., followed by prayers for the church, leaders, etc.  OK, got all that? Pastor, after praying for God to be in our service, we sang a hymn, then ask for prayer requests for personal prayer.  Well, my darlin' little, DW's hand shot up first!  He said, "I want to pray for So-So at school.  I go to school with him and he has no friends and it's a terrible thing to be in school and have no friends."  Now, my heart swelled with pride and all I could think was "YEP, THAT'S MY BOY!  MY COMPASSIONATE LOVING CHILD!"  However, he wasn't finished with his request...... He continued on "And please pray for my mommy that she gets her 2 cups of coffee."  I COULD'VE DIED OR CRAWLED BENEATH THE PEW!   However, since we were in front, I knew I couldn't escape unseen. I was very proud of Pastor and the others present as no one giggled (at my expense!) so as to not hurt an innocent child's HONEST request.   Later I ran home to get ready for Church Breakfast and no, I didn't have the time to apply makeup with my brushes so I just used a roller instead!  ROFLOL  I made it back in record time with the other kid.  YEAH ME!  I stopped, on route, and picked up a Coke Cola, a Starbuck's Frapacino and then had 3-4 cups of coffee at the Church breakfast.  Yep, my baby's prayer got answered!  LOL In case you are wondering.......COFFEE IS NOT MY GOD, however, GOD LOVES ME AND PROVIDES MY NEEDS which is COFFEE!!
