Pramipexole Update

I'm still at .5mg of Pramipexole and 1200mg of Trileptal a day.  Last week was pretty good.  I probably only notice my T 50% of the time now.  In some ways I feel like my life is getting closer to normal.  I still have spikes and some days it's more noticeable than other but this medicine combo really seems to help me.  I'm tempted to up the Pramipexole some more but the side effects are very noticeable.  The worst is the drowsiness.  I don't have it everyday but sometimes it's bad.  I also get headaches and have a few minor aches and pains in my legs.  Those aren't too bad and certainly better than bad tinnitus.
