proud

holy i havent been on here is such a long time! its amazing how time has changed me in so many ways.  first off, after being on pills since i was 10, this past month i am officaly pill free, at 23 years of age and finaly no more. it feels amazing!!! i can actualy feel things now. its amazing, im either soo happy or soo mad but even just to feel something so strongly like that is awesome.
its been monthes (knock on wood) since i have even had a panic attack, after 14 years i have figured out how to handle them the best way for myself. its amazing. i have never been so proud of myself  as i have now.  i can do it...its taken a very long time but i got there..and everyone else can to!! life doesnt scare me so much anymore.
