power outage
the power went out about a half hour ago, it is still lightening and thundering, don't know yet how many homes will be affected but i live in a basement with the window tops are even with my kitchen ceiling. so i am here using what little power i do have here so that i don't go nuts. i can't stay on long because it is using my battery.
i just had my daughters family so nickolas (grandson) could open his birthday gift. i got him a large buzz light year that makes all kinds of noises and his wings pop out and he is totally possible which makes it even better. he told me that he got a scooter and a really neat car. i can hear him upstairs playing with buzz.
so other than the power outage things are pretty good. i guess i should run to the store and buy candles. i do have a flashlight but would feel better seeing more.
humor for you: i hate doing laundry so today i got into a cleaning mood and put a load in the wash and it is now sitting in the dryer wet. so i better go but i hope all of you have a great evening

I hate when the power goes out! I can\'t even use the internet as my WiFi is also dead at that time. Ironic that you do the laundry and the power goes out in the middle! Sounds like life to me! LOL!
