Possible tendinitis
So yesterday at work while scooping ice cream (rainbow sherbert to be exact) I suddenly got a sharp pain in my wrist and later it swelled up and was still painful. Today I went to urgent care to get it looked at, and it turns out I did something to the tendons there, making me have possible tendinitis. Now I have to go see an orthopedic for followup care on it. I also have to wear a wrist brace for two weeks minimum. I have no clue what to expect, and I am kind of nervous about it. Plus this is going to be my first time using the workers comp from my job after being there for almost 5 years and I have no clue how my boss is going to take this.
