Possible ED trigger

Am I really back into this again? Eat less than normal and when ever I do eat I purge. Really? Why do I do this to myself?

Stephanie, I have never experienced this before, but I know that it\'s serious, and that your counselor should be able to help you. Please see them again. I\'m sorry you have to go through this. I wish I had a magic answer. But please know that I support you and hope that you can find the answers soon. Hugs, Mum

Mum, My counselor knows, not about the purging but about the not eating and they did nothing.

I did it and I\'m now on a meal plan. :(
