Positive OPK

I went to the bath room this morning and when I wiped I had that clear bogery CM that you get when you are ovulating.  I havent had this for over a year because the Clomid we were on killed my CM that is why we had to do IUI.  I just did an OPK to see and it came back POSITIVE!!!  Can I really be ovulating on my own after a year in a half of being on fertility treatments?  I called my RE's office and talked to a fertility nurse, she told me to come in tomorrow morning for an US to see if I have any folies.  She then proceded to tell me that I should wait for a couple of months after the MC  to start trying again.  I dont want to wait a couple of months, I am ready to start trying now.   Who knows, I will find out tomorrow what the results are.  I am so excited!  If this means I am now ovulating on my own then we wont have to go through all the fertility treatments.  Heres to hoping we all get our BFP soon and to healthy pregnancy's!
