Positive attitude

I know that no one hear had a choice in their situation while wearing protection is not easy that does not mean that you should be sad and depressed for a while I hated it and avoided anything social but recently I have gained the courage to start enjoying my life again thankfully for me it mainly happens at night and sometimes I wear pull ups during the day depending on the situation my wetting should not stop me from enjoying things that make me and while a positive attitude will not happen over night and takes a lot of streangth to accept your situation it is possible it is not easy but sometimes taking that risk and enjoying your life is better than living in fear I am still not fully happy with wearing diapers at night and sometimes pull-ups during the day but I have learned to accept it and continue bieng the adventures person I am
