Positive? 10/05/13
Well Friday went pretty good overall. It was the end to a VERY VERY long week here for me.
GD ( 6 yr old) had something every night which along with getting her to the bus stop in the mornings, working, running GF to her classes,etc just about got me down. Thursday evening I was hurting and not feeling good. I was even wondering if I was going to make it through the night.
Friday was nice since I got to come home and take about a 3 hour nap in the afternoon. It was not a solid 3 hrs of sleep but enough that I felt better on most fronts. We even went to the football game last night. We watched the 6 yr old GD do her thing with the High School cheerleaders for the first quarter of the ball game. We came home at halftime as the cold front had moved through and we were all getting cold since we had not brought any jackets with us.
Hubby is home for the weekend so that meant a different kind of night of sleep for us both. He has been sleeping in the evenings while I slept at night so it has been a week since we have shared a bed. LOL
This next week will be a little calmer on the activity front which will be nice. Just a Monday & Tuesday Night events for the GD. I think she will be glad for a light schedule again also!
The big kids seem to be resolving some of their issues and are actually able to talk to each other about things. I know it has been a lot nicer around the house since the tension between them has been down some.
Just hope things continue on in a calm manner. I need to figure out a way to get some of my medicines refilled here shortly. At least my INR check this past week was good as it read 2.5! You can't get much better then that I don't think. I am so glad I am on a very low dose of medicine for it also.
Thinking there will be an afternoon nap here in awhile. hubby is tired and GD ( 6 yr old) is being a pain. Little GD is up getting some papa & grandma time as she was driving her folks batty this forenoon. It is funny as she is usually good while she is up here but turns into the devil child when she goes downstairs according to mom & dad! ROFL I think it is just because she knows she is loved.
