Pondering

At 15 months after removing the tumor i still battle with lots of muscle spasms during the night. My nail beds sometimes feel like they burning from the inside. Loud noises and certain pitches in  music physically hurt my ears. About 5 months after the operation i started feeling light headed im super tired no absolutelly drained and exhausted some days and other days not to bad. When i walk or do something physical it feels like my head is being compressed like someone is squeezing my head i get a fast heart beat and feel dizzy all in a few seconds then it repeats itself again. Does any ne have the same symptoms or feel the same in any way ?
