People began to realise the costs of owning and suboptimal use of cars, real estate and other goods. Innovative companies have started to promote services based on an economy of sharing, which has led to a change in the culture of ownership of goods.
From the analysis of images made at different times and for different purposes, it appears that the Gallipoli has always been seen as a center of primary importance in the fortified coastal landscape, like it still are today. In spite of the progressive urban growth, the phenomena of conurbation and the transformations of the coasts caused by coastal anthropization remain fully recognizable in their original structure and in their inseparable relationship with the marine and terrestrial landscape. Abstract The study attempts to determine the service connections of the cities of the Katowice conurbation. The analysis was based on surveys conducted among 845 residents representing all cities in the conurbation, who were asked about using services in other cities.

Moreover, central mechanisms and decisions taken by international capital have de-industrialised the Teesside conurbation and led to high and long-term unemployment.
In the analyzed area, both apartment prices on the secondary market, as well as land prices are diversified. Cities that make the core of the metropolitan area are characteristic of various sizes of plots and investment in the terrain and also land use and access to green areas. The primary factors that influence land prices are the location in the urban space and distance to the centre (Jakobczyk-Gryszkiewicz, 2001).
High prices are also dictated by proximity of new commercial investments, such as commercial buildings - shopping malls or culture centres. Chorzow is characterized by its advantageous location and proximity to the centre of Katowice. Even though the city has its own municipal rights, Chorzow is a natural extension of the centre of Katowice. Additionally, both cities cover only a small area, therefore the supply is limited and demand for land is higher. Tychy, on the other hand, has large reserves of land, but there is also the advantageous environmental surrounding of green areas. In Tychy, very little land has been degraded by industry and the participation of old industrial areas in the spatial structure is insignificant.
