Congress is supposed to be representative of the PEOPLE (our peers)-the average person is 37 years old,and makes $45,000 per year.

So how does a group of MULTI-MILLIONAIRES the bulk of whom are between the ages of 65 and 91 REPRESENT "the average person"?

There has to be a CAP on how long one can be in congress, say 2 six year terms.AND a cap on how much government employees (people paid with our tax dollars)can make. Say five times the minimum wage (whatever amount the minimum wage is).
