Policy for Outdoor Saunas

he sauna was an integral part of our lives from our first memories as a child. It had been an outside sauna that has been found about 30 meters behind the house and about 10 meters from the sea we existed on. It was made of Upper white plank and tested 12 legs by 10 legs in size. It featured a normal sauna oven that has been made in Bruce Crossing Michigan only a little area in Top Peninsula. Our outdoor sauna also had a cool water spicket that was used to fill the water ocean for making steam, cool downs and for rinsing the work off before you headed back to the house.

The ground of our outside sauna was also plank and grew up about a foot down the ground. Underneath was an opening full of stones that will enable the water to strain in to the soil. We were fortunate that we did not have the clay soil that a few of our neighbors had which would need a particular drain to remove surplus water.

The main reason for having another outside sauna was as a result of tradition but most importantly to reduce the fireplace hazard. Multiple of our friend's sauna has burned down in the past 40  buitensauna   years. It is intriguing that we all applied wood to heat our properties but irrespective of a chimney fireplace or two none of our friends or neighbors houses burnt down. Some individuals have linked the over use of alcoholic beverages, yet another sauna convention, to the lot of sauna fires. Often an outside sauna oven is permitted to get very hot in preparation for the sauna and that is something that individuals seldom allowed with home woodstove.
