I don't know how I feel about doing two video interviews about the ongoing assaults that happened to me am so jumpy and nervous I just don't know if I can do this anymore I know I have got a month before the interviews but it is really getting to me now am not sleeping, not really eating and just doing stupid stuff to cope with it all.

Is there a victim advocate person you can talk to? Maybe they can give you advice, or maybe even be there to support you??
well I got allocated one but she has only been in touch once with me because she told me she was going on holiday, but it might be all ok as one of my best mates has offered to come with me.
