Poke cake
Has anyone made one of these before?! Holy smokes!!! I am going to put the link here for you ladies...it is fabulous. If you make it, plan to set aside some time (it has to cool in the fridge for 3 hours) but well worth it and very easy! Nice light, cool, and yummy!

I made it like the instructions said (rather than the reviewers who stated to put more milk - not needed!) The only thing I didn't do was the strawberries/blueberries and I used vanilla pudding (couldn't find white chocolate) and cherry jello but really any combo of jello/cake would be delicious! Some people said theirs was soggy - no idea, mine isn't...but it is fresh, so maybe tomorrow will be soggy...lol

I make this all the time. It\'s one of our favorite summer desserts. It\'s actually the cake we used to tell our family the gender of the babies! I just used blue jello. Yummy stuff! You are right, any jello works and I also use vanilla pudding for the frosting.

I haven\'t tried that one. BUT my friend sent me a picture of the cake in this link and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it...even if the gender is already known or if it\'s unknown (as in my case). keehee Just thought it was cute.
