"Never take advantage of someone who likes you.
Never say you're busy to someone who needs you.
Never cheat on the one who has trust in you.
Never forget those who always remember you."

this is excerpted from a longer one:
"... a girl who travels for she has chosen a life of uncertainty. She doesn’t have a plan or a permanent address. She goes with the flow and follows her heart. She dances to the beat of her own drum. She doesn’t wear a watch. Her days are ruled by the sun and the moon. When the waves are calling, life stops and she will be oblivious to everything else for a moment. But she has learned that the most important thing in life isn’t surfing.
Don’t date a girl who travels as she tends to speak her mind. She will never try to impress your parents or friends. She knows respect, but isn’t afraid to hold a debate about global issues or social responsibility.
She will never need you. She knows how to pitch a tent and screw her own fins without your help. She cooks well and doesn’t need you to pay for her meals. She is too independent and won't care whether you travel with her or not.
She will forget to check in with you when she arrives at her destination. She’s busy living in the present. She talks to strangers. She will meet many interesting, like-minded people from around the world who share her passion and dreams. She will be bored with you.
So never date a girl who travels unless you can keep up with her."
totally love that excerpt and EVERY LINE OF IT IS TRUE! so glad i found it. that is what it was like studying abroad as well....no one was there "with" anyone and then you meet each other and you are all the same or similar with a wanderlust. so cool. if you wait for others to finalllly do things that are big, you will be 95 and wondering what happened to your life because most people aren't doers at all, they are hot air and you get incredulous looks from them when you sign up and go and send them a post card. scary. one girl actually stole my plane tickets REPEATEDLY to this day, she can't explain "why" she did that, except that she has bipolar. hmmm. every time she commits a crime she blames the fact that she is bipolar. crime is crime. doesn' matter "why" its committed anyway. sentence should be the same no matter who or why, unless its self defence and stealing never is.
quiet week. i'm still car shopping slowly. i tested 4 cars. i like the honda coupe so far. it has a tv screen and camera when you go in reverse, IN COLOR. wow. felt really nice being in a coupe again. i liked the yaris second, because it was a snug fit, had a lot of pep and we used cars similar to it back when i was a pro-photographer in the 90's so it feels familiar. has that big city, slither in and slither out feel to it and i liked the snug and soft bucket seats, its the only car that has that so far.
the rabbit woman finally picked up her rabbit. hope she takes care of her. i love rabbits and will miss her, but i'm allergic. it was supposed to be a 2 week stay and she was here 7 weeks.
saw rn briefly she was here with byn who fixed the sill of the window. he's supposed to fix the rest shortly. he was layed off from his job and his father died. he's going through too much. hope it works out for him. seems like to much has happened to people in the passed year and everyone keeps blaming the "13" number which is silly. i'm not superstitious at all, but bad year for a lot of people.
the adoption from hell finally wrote something positive so i'm assuming she wants the papers for the animal. i already offered a return on it REPEATEDLY i really don't comprehend people like that.
went to the spa, went to the hope store, colored my hair. had dinner at k's. he got a deal on strawberries and he soaks them in sugar water, which is fabulous. gave the skinny cat praziquantal hoping its tapes, as he is refusing food. i have one similar by me. its eating though, but still skinny. wth? we ate real healthy, lots of fresh veggies and smaller amounts of meat. also went to a sale for pillows. FABULOUS and picked some up for both houses and k's. also went to see two properties for sanctuary possibilities. one is next to woods.
