POC trouble

Just in case anybody wonders. I am having pc trouble. I am at daughters using hers right now. hopefully I will have one going in about 3 days,  I am lost.  I do not like most of tv and I enjoy a lot of things on my PC.   I can use my destop, but cannot get online. I am going to take Karina's laptop and get it unlocked, jusy have not been able to use it.  also I do not like laptops.
