Pluggin along

I've been dieting now for five weeks. I found that it hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I am still worried that at some point I will hit a wall and stop losing, but as it stands I am losing pretty steadily at about 2lbs a week.
My total loss stands at 12.6 lbs.
I have been pretty good about sticking to my diet, there have been days here and there where I have let myself let go of my diet. I have always done this as kind of a planned splurge rather than just letting myself binge, which I think is good because then I don't feel the guilt of failure, rather I feel like I am rewarding myself. I usually only do this when I am going out on a date with my husband or going out with friends, and even when I know I am going over my caloric amounts I keep track of what I am eating. I want to keep myself accountable. So yeah. Doin' good.
