Please end this pain

I pray every time I close my eyes it will be the last. I pray every night to be taken from the hell I live in and no longer have to hurt and suffer. Unfortunately, I'm still here and still breathing and thats almost as painful as the pain I endure daily. I so just want to die, I want it to all end.
