Plaquniel again

Went for my physical today.   I know I  only have Primary Sjogrens but I feel like I have  a lot of pain steming from it.  Pain that I didn't understand before I was found positive for Sjogrens.  I ask questions but maybe because it's Primary Sjogrens, he just doesn't seem concerned.  Is this normal with most doctors if you don't have another autoimune desease? I do have ostio and it's bothering me more and more.  Maybe he thinks my pain is more from that than from Sjogrens and maybe it is.  But my mouth is terribly  dry all the time and getting worse.  My eyes actually water but he  said and from what I've read also can mean dry eye because your eyes get irritated from being dry and that makes them water.  Confusing.    I am very stiff , especially my feet and back.  If I sit a few minutes, when I get up, I can hardly straighten up to walk.  Beginning to feel very old. He had given my Plaquniel a couple of months ago but because of the negative comments I've read , it scared me.  He insisted that I try it again. He said that eye problems are very rare and that they will reverse when taken off.  That I should just be sure to get them checked every six months.  I've read otherwise, but  I guess I'll try again.  What do you all think.  Am I being paranoid?
