Plantar fasciitis and FMS

So the dreaded deed is done.  College move in day ... year #3.  Daughters dorm/apt is on the third.. yes that's 3rd...floor and it's all steps.  I am still wiped out physically, BUT...I don't know if it was the steps or what, but the PF is better.  Go figure!  Wearing a different pair of sandals for the first time in 6 months today.  Heel is only semi-sore.  I'm elated!
