Plans and Stuff.
Okay, so I'm on day 19 of Thrive! I must say I absolutely love this aspect of my new lifestyle! This supplement is really helping me focus, and it's helping me sleep and just overall function better. I get mental clarity, a reasonable amount of GOOD solid sleep, and I'm not craving all the junk and stuff I used to eat. My eating addiction, is definitely that, an addiction, but Thrive is helping me at least with the physical cravings of pop and junk food.
As far as exercising goes, I've been able to keep up with taking the stairs every night at work instead of elevator, but I still haven't mustered up the umph to go walk outside. I have a fear of anxiety as well, and I absolutely hate going out in public, and if I'm powerwalking down the street I can already hear the giggles and snickers. I know it sounds lame, but I actual have someone of a people phobia.. I always fear I will be rejected and or shunned and I always feel like everyone is looking at me. I can't and won't even go grocery shopping alone, my husband has to go with me everytime.
I'm drinking anywhere between 64 & 120 ounces of water every day, and I have cut out pop completely! Due to my Thrive I am not even craving pop, and I don't drink coffee except maybe 1 or 2 cups of decaf a week, depending on my mood.
I've printed a lot of literature about eating addictions and people with weight loss issues, but I haven't started reading it yet. To be honest, I'm kind of scared to see just how much I am like these other people and actually admit that I have a real problem.
On the plus side! My husband is being super supportive, I've always thought that he doesn't notice or care what I do or how I look, but when I told him I lost another two pounds on Friday he said he was proud of me and he knew how much I've lost altogether. It may not sound like a big deal, but just that he remembered how much I've lost shows that he realizes how important this is to me and it makes me feel special to him. :-)
