It also happens to be the gateway to one of Australia’s best fine wine regions – the Tamar Valley. France can keep Champagne ; we have the Tamar, a cool-climate region producing slamming sparkling wines , with 30-plus vineyards from Relbia down south to Pipers River up north. The earliest vineyard was planted in the suburb of New Town in 1821. At this stage, Tasmania is primarily a region of boutique producers.
Combining the classic gin with Pinot Noir seemed like a good idea and in-fact it was a superb idea. Sweet, fruity combination of Tasmania’s finest, full-bodied Pinot grapes, peppery juniper, and a secret blend of fragrant spices. We’re looking to support local bars and restaurants with our online bar. A selection of six whiskies have been selected for each pack and are available to purchase online. All proceeds excluding a small percentage for running costs will be given to the allocated bar mentioned on each pack. Stefano Lubiana is a fifth-generation winemaker, who, alongside his wife, carved out a niche in the Tasmanian wine industry upon the opening of their property in 1990. The vineyard wraps itself around the picturesque foothills of the Derwent River estuary, located on the southernmost island off Australia. If you’d rather exchange your wine glass for a champagne flute, head to Jansz in North-Eastern Tasmania.

If you wish to receive the wines, you don’t have to do anything, your wine will arrive within 7 working days. Darren Burke is the owner and winemaker of Bromley Wines. This wine is created from select vineyards in the Bellarine and Moorabool Valley near Geelong.
The vineyards are co-located – only 30 mins from Hobart in the Coal River Valley. Northern Tassie pinot is all about structure, showing its depth and richness whilst still maintaining its acidity and freshness. Wines that are as harmonious as Dre’s backbeat and Ice Cube’s lyrics in an NWA song. With fruit sourced from Tamary Valley & Pipers River, 10% of the fruit underwent whole bunch maceration before being left in French oak for 10 months. A heady mix of dried spices and fruits of the forest, with lovely supple tannins.
This blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shows bright, lively aromatics of nougat, apple and pear on the nose whilst the palate shows delicious creaminess from lees maturation. It is delicate while at the same time bursting with flavour.
