Pieces

She's not broken, just a little bent and scratched. Her heart isn't shattered...just a little bit cracked. No one knows she's screaming inside. No one knows of the pain she's trying to hide. He stole her heart and he stole her love because out of everything, those were the easiest to get a hold of. He told her that his love was true. Oh how sweet and innocent....if she only knew. He threw out her love, but kept her heart and slowly every day, it gets torn apart. He ran away and found someone new....next time she'll be careful when she says "I love you".
