Their knowledge and ideas exceptional.You think you know what you want but they open your mind to different things. We had a painting fall down off wall and frame was damaged but they managed to repair it for us which we were so grateful for.

Helpful staff and inexpensive way to frame all your favourite photos, art, etc. You can do it yourself on the spot with helpful advice from the friendly staff. They can do it for you too but it's a great experience and keeps the price down to DIY. Frames can enhance the beauty of pictures and mirrors and make them look much more interesting. The right frame will complement the content of the picture instead of overwhelming it.

Will definitely use their services again. Great customer service I received from this young always smiling lady I think her name is Emily. Very helpful, explained everything to me. Roughly told me when I can pick my frame and it was spot on, I got my frame within the specified date.
Kimberly was a great help in choosing our framing for our Europe holiday photos...Very happy with the result . Kimberly and the other staff at Frames Now in Southland were wonderful to deal with. Will be back again soon for another Jersey frame & plague. I brought in an oddly shaped poster and got it framed beautifully with help from the staff.
Let me tell you all about my experience..So when you go shopping your expecting to have some sort of good customer service.. But my experience has been above and beyond. Now normally a sales person would want to close the sale and be out the door when its near closing time!
My requirements were a little fluid and 'outside the box'. I couldn't have asked for better support and professionalism. Not only were my frames sourced much quicker than expected, the adjustments required to make my artwork fit the desired frame size was all down to the skill and tenacity of the team. Thanks Dee and Mat for your great service at the Doncaster Store. Frames Now offer great customer service and present fantastic quality workmanship. I am totally satisfied with their service.
Very happy with the frame and service. Had 5 of my late mother's pastel paintings framed and I am so happy with the time spent with me deciding on frames and mounts. The finished work was fantastic and very much enhanced the paintings. Went home and hung them immediately.
