Picking scabs

So even though I haven't cut in awhile, I've been picking at my scabs on my arm until they bleed. :( I'm trying to leave them alone. But it feels so good to rip them off. I feel like such a freak. If I keep doing it, I'll get more scars. I find myself not really caring. I need to stop.
