Jack Smith is from the small town of Florenceville, New Brunswick. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Mount Allison University and a Masters in Music Performance from the University of Toronto. At Mount Allison, Jack was the class of 2020 recipient of the J.E.A Crake Performance Award in Music as well as a winner of the Mount Allison Concerto Competition. Jack has also had the opportunity to take part in Barbara Hannigans Equilibrium Young Artist Program the past two summers.

Today, Sebastian spends his time writing songs and aspires to work in music production. Alan’s teaching philosophy inspires students to reach their highest artistic potential in a creative learning environment. His uncompromising dedication to performance excellence has helped many students win awards in music festivals and competitions. While private piano lessons are always available, some students, particularly young children, stand to benefit greatly from the social setting of group classes. In conjunction with learning tangible musicianship skills, students will also build confidence and teamwork skills as well as make new friends.
He was awarded a scholarship for good performance during his time at school. Outside of school, he has also had experience in musical performances. Through these experiences, he has gained a deeper understanding of musical aesthetics. He believes that understanding the beauty of music is an enjoyable process and will help improve one' s musical performance ability.

He was the featured vocalist on jingles for Weetabix, Brio and Cam Motors, and has recorded background vocals for Canadian Idol. Emanuele D’Onofrio is an Italian composer, pianist, and musicologist currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Composition at the University of Toronto. As a pianist, he has been performing for several public and private events and TV shows (Italia’s got talent, 2011).
