goes double for ds friends on the thanks for being great friends. i go to facebook and laugh and become enlightened by knowledge of today etc., but i go to ds to relax, the games especially get my blood pressure down, i can actually FEEL it do that. yay! now if i would just go back to support groups and really work on the things i joined ds for to begin with, like head injury, weight loss, ptsd and who knows what else. but that is actual work and stress and i have to build up to it. do it for awhile and then stop....

love the russian stuff, wish i could go there, but like the pyramids its off limits because its too dry there and that causes seizures. grrrrr. pretty though. reminds me of pro-ballet in nyc. so long ago.
the adjuster was here today and says you get HALF value if your car has over 100,000 miles, i said then fix the back of the car, i rather keep it anyway and here they take the car if they total it. wth? so different. i\'m like you aren\'t taking my car and i\'m not letting it go for half value no matter what. not the best day. as the guy is here i start cleaning out the car, not even sure where everything is right now. have to see what i did. i was going to clean it out anyway, i need to find the bottle of antibiotics, but not sure if i did that there OR my other purse OR when i cleaned out the cupboard did i throw out the wrong bottle, i could have. kicking myself if i did. we use a LOT of antibiotic. it feels like january and its only December 27. still feeling out of it. i know its the trauma of the accident. had an anxiety attack from it. didn\'t expect it. no tears, just totally freaked. wth? have to wait until monday for a lot of this, last message i got at 6 p.m. and they close at 5.

finished up the adoption of the lynx-chocolate point and asked v how it goes, he looked it up for me and said the same thing that n did last night with blue book, v uses \"black book\" . whatever. he said it says 4000 and then it goes to 150,000 and goes down to 3000 and then it goes to 200,000 and goes down to 2000. v also offered auctions and autobody named for our library with his name used....he says there will be structural damage so i should go to a mechanic to check it out, so that is next, but its not that bad and there is the option to continue. the truck pops if i hit a bump so another problem until all the adjusters are done and i can fix it. weird how they do things here. grrrrr. sauna heals all the pains, just have to make sure you shower or swim first, otherwise it gets hot too fast and doesn\'t help you at all. today i returned phone calls while in there, so i easily could go daily and use the sauna to return phone calls.

I\'m not on facebook and it\'s so funny that so many of my friends will ask me questions about what they see there and I don\'t know what they are talking about.
I\'ve not been around to my original support groups in ages. And that is the main reason I joined DS....hoping to find answers and to see if anyone else was dealing with or having the same problem.
I love playing in the games but it seems like no one is playing and I really miss it. It is a great stress reliever.
carly, you can join facebook under a fake name. its similar to ds. you don\'t have to join as YOU and have everyone bothering you. you also don\'t have to accept friendships - but instead join groups according to the things that interest you, similar to the support groups on here, but no one contacts you, you just comment on what you see. if you join with real names, that is where you see the melodramas and that sucks
I had to use a fame name after the bs I have had. 38lbs you are right,join things on fb you want, no one wants to be friends which is great, post your comments and your done.
I joined to play games and get samples but now its being different, support groups, pictures etc.
smileandlaugh a lot of people have fake names, or if in the arts, they have a public facebook and then a private facebook, have no idea how they do that, its in settings. but LOTS of people use \"other\" names and stay private and its still fun. email is the best way to go to be truly private.
a lot of people fight on there. amazing. or they will post a photo to be polite, but they won\'t comment anymore. what a wreck.
