i used to know someone that was dumb and in college prep with us, via cheating (until they discovered she had a 3rd grade reading level). she used to say reallllllly stupid things and we all laughed because we thought she was kidding and she loved the attention. she wasn\'t kidding. she had NO CLUE AT ALL what was being said. she said when people talked it sounded like CHINESE to her because she had \'never heard those words\'. she wasn\'t joking at all. it was horrifying to find this out THREE YEARS LATER! then it became sad and scary and repulsive.
that e card reminds me of her, but i can only find it on someone else\'s photo blog and it didn\'t copy over.

yeah, doesn\'t say much for our educational system that this can happen. they need to have end of the year exams, like they do in nyc, for each grade. very wise actually. amazing its not required in all states. or its part of the conspiracy to keep a large portion of the population down (need to find the george carlin joke on that, but he\'s not really joking. he means it).
