PHOTO: Your 20's are your selfish years - immerse yourself//

"Your 20's are your selfish years.
Its a decade to immerse yourself in every single thing possible.
Be selfish with your time and all the aspects of you.
Tinker, travel, explore, love - yourself and others, and never touch the ground."

so true!  this is similar to the:  take the first ten years after high school and do ANYTHING you want.  you'll never be able to be that free again.
also sooooo true!

the older i get, the more i realize how COMPLETELY evil many older people are - purposely ruining young people's lives - purposely targeting them, out of pure jealousy.  "the power and beauty of your youth."  and WHY?  no matter how many times you try to figure it out in the end, its like, WHY BOTHER?  all criminals are criminally insane, that's why they commit crime.  there's nothing to figure out.  there is no reason.  the only valid "defense" is self-defense.  did the person they are committing crime against attack them?  the answer is always no.  so why are you attacking?  why are you a predator?     whether through rape, physically or monetarily raping others ... older people aren't the onlys who do evil, and all of them start committing crime as small children, they get away with it, so go onto to bigger and nastier and more frequent crime.  its sick.   mike thinks people are BORN evil and its just more obvious the older they get.  i think he's right.

you would hope being older, would make them kinder and wiser.

lots of evil people insist to younger ones:  we'll see what you do when you are 18, or 25, or 40 or 47 etc., ... I've been all those ages and i've never become evil nor a criminal;  and what all evil people are, are criminals, whether they go to jail or not, if they commit crime they are criminals.   when i look through stuff now, i am totally AMAZED at how evil so many are.  not were.  are.  i don't believe for one second that people change.  i think they get better at covering up what they really are.  that is all.  they are still out there, still committing crime, but they cover it up incredibly well.

beautiful day all day.  blue skies.  80 degrees.  had torrential rain yesterday.  very bored with the monotany of staying in after i've been out and resting.  this slowing down, its almost a YEAR of this, in june is driving me nuts.  but i am a zillion times better healthwise.  the cholesterol meds are fine as long as i take 400 mg of q10 nightly, and the blood pressure meds work well with the 3 low dose aspirins, though i don't have the drive that i have without them.  they make you "pace yourself".  have heard that all my life and now i know what that is.  i never needed to do that before.  always had TONS of energy and the more you do the more you can do, kind of thing.

the whole weekend was mellow.  i wanted to go on the deck and read in the sunshine and never had a chance to.  pruned the bushes and limbs from the rain storm yesterday (lots of wind and tornado warnings that rarely happen).  visited the animals and did animal care which takes HOURS all by itself if i'm behind on it.  no wonder people never truly retire, its too boring.  would love to be swimming though, wouldn't mind spending full days doing that.  went to the spa.  did a partial pedicure.

Your weekend sounded good. I know what you mean about how animal care takes up time. I only have a small colony plus my own and it takes up a part of of day cleaning the litter boxes, feeding, flea treating.
Interesting thoughts about evil .

Hi 38! We\'re hitting our first Spring day in Jersey! I remember those 80 degree days in Florida! This is a gorgeous time of year down there. It\'s sixty degrees today, the snow has finally melted, the sun is shining and the birds are chirping! WOOT! I\'ll take it.

I lived my twenties in Florida. And I followed that advice above to a TEE! I did EVERYTHING I wanted. I stepped out of line a lot, but that\'s called growing up! By the age of thirty I was ready to settle down and be a mother. But in my twenties, I was a very free spirit, with my own place, a good salary, a nice tan, and a great group of friends. Those were probably the best years of my life. I was never, ever sick!!

I believe that we all have choices to make. Some people are instinctively evil, I believe that. Others are exposed to criminal behavior from birth and know no better. Those are the kids that are messed up. IMHO, if you want to be a parent, and you\'re a criminal....with a record....and full of anger and hostility....DON\'T have kids. It\'s wrong to bring your troubled life into that of a little one. Kids aren\'t supposed to be born with jobs! They\'re not born evil, I don\'t think. Those who seem to be born evil, are probably emotionally disturbed and need help. OR maybe mommy or daddy was doing meth and some bad genes followed their poor kids right into their DNA. Life is choices. Let\'s wake up people!
