what did i do today? pruned the trees and hedge. some laundry. changed sheets. fed the animals. talked to some people at the marina. basically NOTHING - its still raining. we ate chicken. i'm still avoiding boxed food! yay!

I am smiling and hoping that someone out there is crazy about me.....and not just crazy.
Wishing rain would go away for you and great that you are avoiding boxed food. But have to say......I do love me some boxed food. :-}
i was getting numb spots on my nose and upper lip from boxed food and from red meat -- which is a sign of impending stroke. the DAY i stopped eating boxed food, the spots went away and i feel better. amazing. also allll processed food is poisoned with pesticides INSIDE THE FOOD on the east coast. all the food that is banned in other countries (including russia) and is banned on the west coast of usa, is dumped here on the east coast and allll of us are eating it. (sounds like genocide to me. it WILL give all of us cancer, no \"maybe\" in there. its a definite. and here we sit eating it, BUYING it as they KILL US with it). do not drink tap water at all. do not buy water, toothpaste or mouthwash with fluroide in it, its a neurotoxin, just like pesticides, it is a heavy metal and it will never leave your system, it will kill you, lower your iq, look it up on line. also you will notice a HUGE difference in how you feel when you stop drinking water with fluoride in it.
had fettuccine again today and it happened again. realllly don\'t want to give up alfredo sauce.
