THIS IS FROM HOUSE RABBIT SOCIETY
L
'Twas a few weeks before Christmas,
when all through the barn,
Not a bunny was stirring,
they were safe - no harm;
Unable to sleep and beginning to fear that Christmas and a forever home was not coming this year.
The stockings were hung by the bunny crates with care,
In hopes that Santa Bunny soon would be there;...
While they were all were nestled snug in their beds,
Visions of home-made bunny toys danced in their heads,
And Nancy in her kerchief, and all dreaming of naps, They had just settled down for a long winter's nap-
"Now Lauren, Now Doolie, Now Austin, and Dobie!” "On Chauncey, on Ernie, on Roger and Newton”;
"To the top of the crates! to the top of the wall! "Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"
Hoping this year ALL of our dear little friends will find their forever homes and have a joyous holiday season!
You can help by participating in this year’s Bunny Boutique! Our bunny friends are waiting for you!

Lobsters are like us in many ways; they have a long childhood and an awkward adolescence. They too carry their young for nine months and can live to be more than 100 years old.

the only part of christmas that i relate to is the manger. the whole green and snow thing is so silly. it was NOT snowing in bethlehem at the time of the birth of jesus. they don\'t even get snow down there.
love the rabbit though. more like a fertility photo for easter, than christmas, but still cute.
I loved that rabbit poem too! Actually, I believe that they\'ve figured out that Jesus was born in the Springtime. I can\'t tell you how I know this...but it had to have come up in a Sunday sermon somewhere!
At any rate, Christmas is a season of giving. I hope the people give to the bunnies! We all need love!
i thought christmas is the festival of lights and then they combined it with the 12 days of christmas, i also heard jesus was probably born in the spring. new year used to be at the start of spring AND they altered the ten month calendar to 12 months, which moved up \"christmas\" to december. its all figurative anyway since \"time\" as we know it, doesn\'t really exist at all.
its the season of \"good will\" isn\'t it? good deeds and charity work, the \"gifts\" part is really a continuation of capitalism and political, mostly only practiced in usa. i like the symbol of the bunnies better, fertility and growth. i\'m an easter fan.
