cold last night and this morning - around 72. i saw the grey kittie, i think, but it ran. funny, how some animals are nice when indoors, but once they are outside they are shy. i still think its at the house behind, though if its outdoors, it will do its own thing anyway. w says they don't have internet, just wifi and that is why their magic jack is off. however, they still have a cell phone. very strange. everyone else calls back immediately or within 24 hours, so unless they are ill, wth?
saw dom as well. he is going to bet on horses so if he does well, he is going to take the grey tiger to the vet again for a cortizone shot etc. his shepherd is TEN now. i remember when he got it eight years ago and i still expect to see a puppy. lol. time really does fly.
woke up too early, so i'm dragging. i forgot i was supposed to be up north early, so everything i planned for today, can't do. like the museam and getting my nails done. my nails look so bad i can't believe it. have intention to adopt out for rn, the same way i did for r, eight years ago - its ironic, because r went back to rescue anyway doing tnr two years ago. i think you go through too much death in general and you can't take it anymore. then you recover. rn sounds like that now, plus her "disappointment" with byn - who, let's face it, he is married to alcohol. how does that go? he's so talented and then that happens?
its also cold again. 72. i'm wearing socks. lol. was walking up hill today and as always i ran out of air. must be very bad because d was there and he's like, are you okay? uh oh. i really need to try to lose weight. didn't know i hike that poorly. guess so. also walked to the park this morning and out to the pier. yay me. i think its about 1/2 mile. lol. not very far. but its something. if adults ran around as children do, we would always be okay and physically fit. we are too sedentary.

so the grey kitty came home last night. no sniffles, so that is okay at least. picked him up after initial shyness and then he left again, i guess. no idea what is up with that. talked to that girl from behind w\'s house. she says the kittens she spotted were black and skittish by the surfer-dude\'s house. no one else has seen them though?
