so i call the man to make an appointment to work on the bathroom and he says his price doesn't include materials, so the price is actually close to double. grrrr. need to go through the list again.
looking for a rehabber for rn's two baby raccoons. she wants a professional to take it, not someone looking for an exotic pet. if she takes the kitten babies she is going to want them to stay, so may not do a bottle feed with that. walmart didn't have the 8 ounce liquid kmr in a can, so i'm looking for somewhere that does, as cheaply as walmart was or the catalogs (it will take a few days via catalog). they have liquid but only in 32 ounces. so will be changing the format. they should have left it the way it was. 32 ounces is fine for an entire litter but will go bad, with only one kitten.
rn says the woman that called about a 3 legged kitten called her - it has 4 legs, but one has a part of the leg missing. if it gets around, why is that a big deal. the kitten is about a month old. the woman caring for her seems clueless. why put a kitten one month old on a COUCH by itself. why put a kitten with 3 legs on a COUCH by itself? duh.
the woman needs a mortgage for her third house, while they sell the house they live in at the minute so she considers that a fixed income. i said to rn, she is not retired or anything, her version of fixed is she doesn't want to spend $1000 to have it fixed. i still don't get why it has to have an amputation.
nothing else going on. went to the marina with j. plan to go back later. there was an oil spill somewhere and there is a pipe on the canal because of it. talked to dino and his friend from the philippines is coming over, so he's not house shopping anymore. i still don't get why he is looking for a small place when he has visitors. i guess so they won't stay with him. hmmm they are from the philippines, i think they will need to stay with him? the deal they have right now for kia soul, is a scam. he said its a lease for 8900 and a lot of people get super mad about that because the ad says its 10,000 off the original price. its not. isn't that illegal? its a 3 year lease and then they want you to refinance and like all leases and financed cars, the monthly payment is around 350 per month. why do people live like that. another payment. no wonder people leave civilization.

I\'ve only had one car, and I paid cash for it (1998 Cadillac DeVille). I just bought it a couple years ago, and it still works great. I can\'t imagine having a car payment on top of all the crazy insurance they make you have.
nice to see you guys! hope ds straightens out soon! have to find a different tile guy. I think he\'s another \"working drunk\" and people like that are often not okay.
he is cheaper for the kitchen floor being tiled. but he is more expensive for the bathroom or so it seems. he wants $175 to do the floor plus materials and the other guy includes materials for about the same price. tile is separate and we haven\'t figured that part out yet, white would be best because there is some light pink there. he also recommended doing the tub, which i did want. i want the egg shape tub that i used to have. funny, my first condo down in hallandale had everything i loved in it. very lucky. too bad its become such a crowded sess pool in much of that area. our\'s is about the same except that its super crowded, but one town over its bad where it used to be nice. so sad.
