"so, I tied my dog Evo to a post of our house while I went to wash my car... my neighbor came out with his dog and.. well..
So I tied my dog Evo to a post of our house while I went to wash my car... my neighbor came out..."
notice the post and the flag and all that is knocked down. this is from the site that gets me in trouble, but i LUV it, i sit there laughing for HOURS, its on facebook, the bitches goin at it hard one....
rained all morning and part of last night. its sleepy weather. lets see if i can remember any of this week, part of the memory thing can also be statins ruining memory not just injury or cholesterol.
ran into e by the doctor...she saw me across the parking lot. HOW can anyone see anyone, that far away? she had her surgery for the basil cell carcinoma. its her second one. she is happy with her doctor. nowadays, her entire life is medical stuff. what a difference from ten years ago. her husband is still with a walker and i guess will always be. had knee replacement surgery and its a definite medical malpractice case, but they haven't filed.
had blood drawn and the results came back 211 (from 237), so 26 points lower. then i read about statin side effects and it says never to go on a statin unless your total score is over 330. will post the article as soon as i find it again. says statins cause cancer and a zillion other troubles, and if you MUST take them get Q10 as statins totally deplete all Q10 enzyme in the body and causes all kinds of other troubles so you have to replace it with a Q10 pill. so i'll buy that shortly. when a med makes you sick, i think its telling you something and all the statins make people sick. i spend the morning tired or nauceous from taking it. drink cola to settle my stomach, take a nap and then i'm okay by 12, to get ready for work, so that is good. but its so weird to be living like this. wth?
ran into old friends yesterday night, unexpected and i.l. was going on about other ways to lower cholesterol and do weight loss. the overall view seems to be if i lose the weight it will all go away EVERYONE says that. i.l. was there and she lost three dress sizes, just like the manager of the hope store.
bky, the woman who's daughter died - was hit by a car while riding her bicycle this passed winter, was awarded $10,000 from the car owner's insurance company. why so little? she has a grandson from that daughter age 2 who is in foster care. she doesn't want custody. learned from being on line, that transfer of custody is easy from a power of attorney, as its a problem right now with people dumping their children from international adoptions. they put the kid on line as up for adoption if the child they adopted isn't working out AND its LEGAL to do this. they call it "re-homing" just like people do with animals. would be better if bky would take custody of her grandchild and then transfer custody to someone who doesn't have kids - even as an open adoption. i was thinking tricia, because she has a great job and no kids and is around 38 years old. then out of nowhere, her aunt yolanda calls the office looking for her and says she is tricia's aunt from her mother and she can't stand tricia's father. they are divorced and i guess its full of skeletons like everyone out there. surprising because tricia is always all smiles and has brought her father to a couple of functions here. hmmmm? f used to say he was an alcoholic i guess maybe he is. didn't want to question and find out. don't need to know. but just an idea. similar to the natalie situation, except natalie actually looks a lot like tricia and the little boy doesn't, he is blonde. don't know if she would do it anyway, neither one of them. surprised bky didn't want her grandson, but she is 51, i guess she is done with that.
i've been eating campbells soup lately and i guess it has too much salt because my body isn't liking it. so i may try to learn to make brocolli cheese soup from scratch and freeze it. wow! i don't normally cook anything.
i'm reading "escape from warsaw" right now. its good. learning a lot about the holocaust in the passed couple of years. amazing all the crap that happened during that war.

Ha! It amazes me too that anyone can see that far. Sure wish I could....again! I never thought me eyesight would be so bad as it use to be so good.
Sounds like you did a great job dropping the 26 points. I\'m not sure what statin\'s are or really how they work, but I have heard about them. It doesn\'t sound like a very good thing tho. I guess you have to weigh the bad with the good.
What a sad story about about bky!!!! $10, 000 sure doesn\'t seem like a lot of money in this case!!
I can\'t believe that they have such a thing as Re-Homing!!!!! How horrible. Like you said....they do the same thing with ANIMALS! They are not quite the same. :-( Have people completely lost their minds??
Brocolli cheese soup sounds good....but there are low sodium Cambell\'s if you prefer not to cook. lol.
*hugs* That\'s so horrible to hear about how they treat children. I just hope they can find a loving home.
Hi hon, re cholesterol! I\'ve lowered my cholesterol over 60 points by using flaxseed meal. I put I. In every thing, like soups, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.
I refuse to take statins, side effects can be brutal. Also, flaxseed meal makes your good cholesterol right. Available in grocery store for under three bucks a box. If you can use 2-4 tbsps a day, you will see amazing results.
You need to use it daily. Tastes good. Mainly I put it in yogurt and cereal. Cholesterol is down from 264 to around 200,, and good cholesterol is normal.
Good luck, statins kill!!
thanks for the info on flaxseed meal, i\'m going to go buy it TODAY! $3 per box is so cheap, cheaper than meds as well!
