doing nothing. the asshole is still waking us up DAILY. wish i had the energy at 4 a.m. to go out there and see WHERE she is coming from. its going on for too long. i'm going to have to put someone out there and take care of it that way. too bad w can't, he used to be up at 4 a.m. all the time. the woman is back to claiming concerned citizens of animals is paying her $500 to harrass people that feed strays. hmmmm, if they are so concerned for animals why would they want people who feed strays harrassed. they are using the front of animals to get money and they want people's personal information even more, so they can steal more. disgusting people. and what is going on beyond that also through them is called human trafficking.
the other house by rs is gone. the woman claims she has a list of ones like that. we'll see. j says she is anti-animals and i shouldn't have mentioned rescue to her. whoops. i'm still more for having several city places (similar to what doris day did) then having acreage. can't see me doing anything rural ever, especially if people get harrassed there, though they claim they don't? could have fooled me, they go after sanctuaries of all sorts all the time...wonder if its these same people doing that as well.
have just started looking at the properties by washington d.c. need to see if there are any high rise developments going on. can't see me around cold weather though. started packing some boxes and going through stuff. takes forever. interesting though. lol.
re-hired the no show girl that i was hiring a few months ago, unless our office says no. not sure she is telling the truth because the story she gave for being missing, i think she gave last time. you never know what is really going on in someone's life. if she works out then i have full coverage again, yay and can go on vacation. i realllly need 3 weeks of spa days thanks. lol. i make the new guy nervous. he stutters when i'm around. yuck. he's the second employee i've had that stutters from being around management. i hate if people get nervous around me. i don't even fire people, i don't believe in it. i'm like zig ziegler, you BUILD people, and from that you build a business...i retrain. the person would have to be a total thief, asshole, liar, no show etc., for me to fire them. half of having a job is just showing up/GETTING TO THE JOB. bodies.
the girl that screwed up was doing things as she did at her previous office, which makes no sense since every office is totally different and her previous office had no public access at all. you can tell she was a housewife for ten years, because if you ask her something about work, instead of sticking to the work subject she tells you about herself and how she "feels" about it or she'll call a scrape a "really BIG boo boo". focusing on "feelings" at all times, is also a sign of someone who goes to some kind of therapy and its like, you gotta be kidding me, this is a job, if i ask you any questions it will be about work 100% of the time. this isn't a therapy group or a night out. i don't give a flying fuck how you "feel". she wanted to fill out an incident report because she got bit by a bug and it hurt "A LOT", everyone saw her note and was like, wth? i told her to go to the emergency room and file a report if she really thinks that its a big deal. shit, i've FALLEN a few times working here, and i never filed anything.
haven't done anything else interesting. bronchitis is almost gone. yay! had bad storms and winds two days in a row but only for a couple of hours each day. stopped eating frozen dinners kind of food and didn't get as sick. could be the sodium, so back to healthy eating. broiled chicken kind of thing. salad. maple walnut ice cream with chocolate sauce. and watermelon.

i\'m a ZOMBIE as i write this. today is wednesday. the foreign woman topped herself. last night she woke me up at 12 and then again at 1 a.m. wth? can\'t believe this is going on in such a nice area. i\'ve lived at this address for SIX YEARS and it has never been noisy like this. grrrrrr. wish she would head back to her own country. i hear they don\'t want her back, that is why she hasn\'t left. i believe it! lol.

Why Washington? It always rains there, doesn\'t it? You\'re a Florida girl...you like SUNSHINE!!! I miss Florida. I always will. I just loved the boats and the beaches and how clean the place always was. I loved it being summer all the time! Of course, I was in my twenties then. I don\'t think I would be able to tolerate the heat now that I\'m sick with CFS, but I will always miss Ft. Lauderdale, and Pier 66, and BIg Daddy\'s and Publix.....I could go on forever!

i want to be in pensacola and ocean springs, before i\'m too old to travel. my aunt in pensacola is very old and one of my cousins is still there. the property we have in ocean springs no one has used in over 30 years (that would be another journal explaining. lol.) the house is large 3-stories, but its super old and doesn\'t have electricity or plumbing (it HAD an outdoor kitchen and fireplaces which was common in the south a hundred years ago. my father HATED that house and was mad my grandfather bought it. it also has a super small property on the lot next to it that was added in 1972, that house on that lot, is a \"new\" house large enough for two baths and a 70\'s kitchen with a screened in porch, so problem solved. he liked the house to go fishing. but its never used since the 80\'s. it has a house sitter that visits and sends photos to my stepmother.
washington d.c. is purely for politics. i have a bunch of legislation i want to go through, some of it from 1989 that is even MORE of a mess now than when they screwed it up MORE in 1989. \"personhood of the embryo\" which was supposed to leave the alternative for unwanted pregnancy as frozen embryo, which is removed and can be donated or held in cold storage for ten years. it cost the same as an abortion and then you outlaw abortion. the mother still doesn\'t have to have the baby, but the baby has a chance to survive. that matters. you always choose life, when there is a question. instead the government just reversed roe vs. wade because the politicos at the time said \"they didn\'t understand science\". shocked the shit out of me. its even worse in texas with that, which leaves the teen moms as victims again. i have a list of political things, including the tax for mandatory spay and neuter and the death penalty for animal cruelty and dog fighters. i always thought that would go through on its own, but i also thought, usa would go pick up all the amerasians from viet nam, like france did with their vietnamese-french population, and as late as 1990, the americans STILL HADN\'T picked up or allowed in their own offspring. wth? its too late for that part now. and i hear that they are treated better now. in the 70\'s - 90\'s they were living in cardboard shacks and despised by vietnamese. they don\'t like white people over there.
i also wanted to do high rise buildings. we used to put up townhome developments in south florida in the 80\'s. just small developments. and here and there in other places. i was offered deals doing high rises in newark, nj where my friends brother was doing it and then they were offering parts of the bronx for pennies on the dollar and i didn\'t want to attempt it when i was super young, which surprised a lot of people. but there is only so much time and i was in school and working....and going out. lol. the bronx properties weren\'t done until about ten or fifteen years ago, that is how long things SIT because everyone thinks someone else will do it and they never do. they put up brownstones by columbia university and something else in different sections of the bronx, brilliant work.
i was figuring, as long as i\'m in washington, d.c. making a fuss about bills, lets see what they have for rebuilding or tearing down and starting fresh (which is easier with townhomes, i have NO IDEA how it goes with hi-rises, and my friend\'s dad who was an architect and checked all the plans for us, isn\'t around anymore. so whole other thing now. i think one of my friends in spain from college is an architect so i can call her i guess).
