I wanted a quote by hippocrates, that we all have souls and humans are just another animal, we're nothing special actually and can probably learn more from THEM, than vice versa. seriously. we all have souls and the souls are living in different forms and it does mention this MANY times in the bible and amongst a myriad of philosphers. Easter is a great holiday for bringing up THOUGHTS about reincarnation and afterlife and humans lack of superiority actually. can't find the quote right now.but i did find this when i looked for it and this is even better:

Animals possess language, musical abilities, a sense of the mysterious, creativity and playfulness. had the beginning of easter dinner. went to publix for lobster tails. they were all out of the big ones and the little ones aren't on sale. wrong store. winn dixie has them for $5, publix is $7, oh well. there i am adding it up, now if i drove to get the greek dinner (which i prefer) just two of those brings back FOUR boxes of veggies, salads and cooked lamb. it was always the best buy, cheaper than making it and better. but now to get it i have to drive an hour total and don't want to.
so, el brought over german chocolate covered cherries, they are made with cherry liquor. so the big goal is to make the same here. i also found a recipe for cordial via a site for anne of green gables and it is berry picking time of year. wow! so cool. and what great fun.will see if anyone wants to do this. i think its a great idea. the lobster was good, but the tails are tiny. they have a bonfire the night before, where they wait for midnight and they have morning service at the beach. all cool. tv is another option. its been raining, but today was beautiful. i love easter. its so up with no down. spring/summer is here and it stays. yay!

There is a food cart in \"Cartlandia\" that makes sandwich\'s with lobster..very good big chunks for five bucks! those cherries sound DeVine!! Happy Easter hon and greenies
there is an easy way to make chocolate covered cherries with alcohol, one of the recipes has marachino cherries with cherry brandy and you MARINATE it overnight. then you melt dark or semi sweet chocolate bits and dip the cherries into the chocolate (a fondue thing would do this as well) can\'t wait to try it. someone else told me i could make a version of them that are similar to mini peanut butter cups, have to see what i have for that. had never thought of doing any of this and i LOVE chocolate. i know how to make rocky road chocolate and that is all. so easy and so good and so bad for my blood sugar. lol.
i totally LOVE lobster salad, but if i get a pet lobster i know i won\'t want it anymore. lobsters live 100 years so would make a really cool pet.
