"For those who have trouble sleeping....
Researchers say that one week of camping, without electronics, resets our biological body clock and synchronizes our melatonin hormones with sunrise and sunset."
no pills needed....just go camping.

it rained for a couple of days straight so i didn't call the handy guy to get him to finish off, but kind of anxious to get it done now. need to buy deck paint.
had dinner at k's. he had surgery on his nose and is afraid to take off the bandage. he was at the doctor for 5 hours and then drove home in the pouring rain. bad day. we had peach smoothies with gin. always good. veggies with cheese sauce and fish. i had fried chicken and potatoes just before that with j (it was a weird day). he made brownies, yum. watched inspector gently, soaked in the tub, gave his cat medication. i still haven't started going to the spa daily, even though its a goal for this year. wish i would. also forgot to pick up paperwork at his neighbor's house who adopted the orange cat.
nothing else going on, either my life is boring without going out all the time because of "doctor's orders" or, or by the time i write on here, i forget what i did. could be either one. lol.
the light on the deck is out, and to be honest i'm totally LOVING the dark. would prefer to keep it like that, but i can't because of raccoons and whatever other wildlife...there was a possum asleep on one of my chairs and i thought it was a cat and then i realized i don't have a white or beige cat outdoors right now. good thing i didn't pet it. lol. almost did.

I love camping. Too bad Geo can\'t sleep on the floor and an inflatable mattress is out of the question. Maybe one day we could rent an RV
I am so over camping with a tent. Been there done that. An RV is the only way to go.....been there done that many times. And I love the NO electronics.
have NEVER camped with a tent. i can\'t believe i still haven\'t done that. i slept/sleep under the stars, including on my own deck (which i LOVE to do, but can\'t do all the time, because of the danger of raccoons). i was also told the wackos that stalk people have a stepdaughter who\'s in her 40\'s, that lives near here so it wouldn\'t be wise to fall asleep out there. if a person is whacko, the people they know will also be whacko.
i\'ve done cabins and occasionally rv\'s. its all fun. another way is to buy land and put up a military style cabin or \"dome\" haven\'t done the metal dome yet, but they sell them at surplus auctions, and camp on weekends on your own land is cool as well.
i wonder if sleeping in the spare room with only ocean breezes for \"cool\" equals camping? that would be cool.
