having a terrible day. prince is missing. heard an awful fight 4:30 a.m. tuesday. i went outside. saw two of our animals in the garden just standing there. figured it was them and went back in to sleep. that morning, prince didn't show up. now i am thinking someone trapped him my guess is the trap is by the guy's car so that the alarm would go off...i'm shaken up and feel cryee. can't handle this crap. i called the pound and HATE going there, and more money and who knows what.
also one of the strongest animals is ill, i'm think flea anemia, which is nuts as they are all on frontline. could also be a bug. wish i caught it sooner. syringe feeding water, but i'm freaked. i hate when i don't notice things. how do nurses in hospitals live with themselves - they always complain with more than five or six patients they can't keep track at all. i believe it.
so today is AWFUL. have found its definitely the one adult aspirin (360 mg daily) causing the tinnitus, but with 3 baby aspirin (240 mg total) i get the pressure in the head/arteries. obviously, the pressure is more dangerous than tinnitus, if i'm dead i won't be hearing anything one way or the other. or maybe do something different to thin the blood.
its gotten balmy out at night, which makes me fume because i love night swimming when its balmy like this and we can't because of turtle laws. can't do ANYTHING after 8:00 and our pool closes at 10 anyway. what a difference from ten years ago when it was midnight and they had a band playing on weekends. loved that. though nowadays, who knows if i would still love a live band during a night swim, can't tell. i used to love it. ditto with concerts on the beach and floating around on a raft in the ocean while they play. cool! kwl.
bought a decadant cake for k's b-day and irish cream...its the one with the fruit all over it and bavarian cream (i think we had this one before and i did the same thing, its fabulous, as they have wedding cakes like this nowadays - but there isn't chocolate in it, and i think he'd prefer chocolate. have a whole month to celebrate so more cakes i guess. lol.) its a $25 cake, but i had a coupon and it was on sale. yay! professional cake was one of his, missed out on that all through childhood etc. (hmmmm, when you turn 18, you can go out there and buy as you please....whatever). so a pro cake is always on the list along with ice cream cake at some point (baskin robbins does the best of these so far) so no one is missing out on anything in life. j doesn't go for this.
got kind of trashed on extra drinks and lobster tails, ate in the dining room instead of the den and watched the show on the royals. (i'm interested to see what george will look like. i did the same thing when diana was having william. lol. but it will be at least a year before you can really see...) this year i had the animals send a card that MEOWS the happy birthday song. what a hoot. i was going to get electric slide, which i love, they also have the chicken dance and ymca. there must be a cd out there with all those favorites that are played at all the big parties (i don't even remember electric slide (the dance) anymore. lol.
we are having a rain storm at this minute. wonder if the tropical storm is still on its way?

I hope you locate Prince soon, I wonder why you are having such a time of
it with the fleas outside. Here I have not heard of heavy festations.

prince returned today, thursday in the a.m. i wrote that journal on wednesday, but its ds so.....i heard w, next door cursing mother fucker and i wonder if the stray was in there? hope he tells me. this happened a few years ago with another stray and i didn\'t find out about it until his friend TOOK the stray and left it somewhere. wth?!
Leo died this morning almost lunch time. i don\'t know if its from fleas. his nose and gums were still pink. rn thinks the flea thing was secondary and it was something else making him sick. parasites or a bug? he expelled the formula. and i didn\'t THINK of making chicken soup or chicken and rice baby food, mostly because leo is healthy all the time. today, he couldn\'t stand. he was dying. rn got everything ready by her, a cage, a heating pad, pedialite, geritol, formula....i called her, trimmed leo\'s nails, got a box ready to go, about 90 minutes later, and i call her back that he is dead. i\'m still flipping. i don\'t know what happened. the only thing i did notice, is that he was eating moist food lately and he normally doesn\'t and i noticed fleas two weeks ago. i really don\'t understand any of it. does where you place the food matter? does that have a pecking order? did i change something that i shouldn\'t have changed. what happened? i\'m sick from this.
seeing prince was a relief but now i don\'t know what to do with that, prince is a stray i had fixed. he\'s not that old. getting land for the animals is an option, however, its another set of troubles because of snakes, vultures, foxes etc., wth?

So sorry to hear of your kitty\'s passing. You can\'t blame yourself, though. You aren\'t all knowing, and they can\'t talk to you and say, \"Hey! I don\'t feel good, and here\'s what\'s going on.\" We all do the best we can, and that\'s all we can demand of ourselves. *HUGS*
